Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and user stories.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed and efficiency.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee system reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Visa Status: Eligible to work in the US and willing to sponsor a work visa (H1B, O1, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
