Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Deploy and configure new technology solutions across departments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent) required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
