Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions
- Lead cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps pipeline optimization
- Conduct security audits and implement NIST-compliant protocols
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and documentation for complex systems
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and storage systems
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
