Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and maintain scalable software solutions and cloud infrastructure using modern technologies.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement optimization strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all IT systems adhere to industry security standards and compliance regulations.
- Flexible Support: Provide 24/7 on-call support during designated flexible hours to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or system administration.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to sponsor an H1B or other work visa if required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
