Responsibilities
- Complete hands-on technical training in network infrastructure and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and remote tools
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system issues

Qualifications
