Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors to minimize downtime and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance logs.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Train junior technicians and provide technical guidance to the operations team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; technical certification (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug screening process.
