Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized industrial equipment including CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and robotic automation
- Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on high-value machinery
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Document maintenance activities using digital systems and maintain equipment performance metrics
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment or mechanical systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with mechanical and electrical components
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment
