Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of high-fidelity 3D environments for VR and AR platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Engineering) to define product roadmaps for immersive technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the R&D department.
- Optimize rendering pipelines and ensure seamless performance across various hardware devices.
- Research emerging spatial computing trends and integrate them into our core technology stack.
- Ensure best practices for scalability, security, and cross-platform compatibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Unity or Unreal Engine development.
- Proven track record of shipping successful immersive applications (VR/AR/MR).
- Strong proficiency in C#, C++, or relevant shader languages (HLSL/GLSL).
- Experience with spatial mapping, gesture recognition, and eye-tracking APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling through code.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Graphics, or a related technical field.
