Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential/commercial HVAC systems
- Perform system diagnostics and emergency repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance on furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and system consultations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC installation/repair experience
- EPA Section 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
