Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform energy efficiency audits and system upgrades
- Train junior technicians on best practices
- Manage inventory and order parts efficiently
- Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (no degree required)
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with smart thermostats and modern systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Spanish fluency a plus
