Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment at client locations.
- Travel to job sites within the designated region, including potential out-of-state relocation.
- Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of company tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to end-users.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians and junior staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, HVAC, or industrial maintenance.
- Technical certification or Associate degree in a related field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering).
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA, with full relocation support offered.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and basic computer skills.
