Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced industrial machinery including CNC systems, hydraulic presses, and robotic assembly units
- Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical/electrical systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment efficiency
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system optimization
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years industrial machinery maintenance experience
- Valid EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Physical capability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
