Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery including cranes, forklifts, and generators
- Utilize company-provided diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance
- Document service reports using digital systems and maintain accurate inventory of parts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and safety improvements
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment handling and repair protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing industrial or construction equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment transport)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, diesel engines, and electrical circuits
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
