Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment (forklifts, excavators, etc.) with provided tools
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and moving equipment
- Document daily operations and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training programs for equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- Valid driver's license (commercial license preferred but not required)
- Ability to operate machinery with minimal training
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
