The Opportunity: We're expanding our technical team to handle complex installations, energy-efficiency upgrades, and smart HVAC systems. This role offers uncapped earning potential through our performance-based incentive program.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair advanced HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless units
- Perform energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements to residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Comply with EPA regulations and maintain proper refrigerant handling certification
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of parts/tools
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
- Train junior technicians on emerging HVAC technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience (degree not required)
- EPA 608 Certification mandatory (Type II/III preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and confined spaces
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to pursue additional certifications (NATE, etc.) with company support
