Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Lead technician teams on complex projects
- Perform energy efficiency audits and system optimizations
- Train junior technicians on best practices
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC technician experience
- EPA 608 certification required
- NATE or equivalent HVAC certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA 10-hour certification
