Responsibilities
- Execute essential agricultural tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and apply fertilizers, pesticides, or irrigation systems as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure strict compliance with all workplace safety regulations and H2A labor standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the farm crew to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform general farm maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess a valid US work authorization.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or related labor roles is highly preferred.
- Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
