Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models, including LLMs and diffusion models, tailored for enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable inference pipelines that handle high-throughput traffic with low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure model accuracy, safety, and fairness.
- Optimize model performance for edge deployment and cloud environments, reducing computational costs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to recommend and implement innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
