We are seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the next evolution of our proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) suite. Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude).
- Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency and high-throughput environments using techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- RAG Architecture: Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Evaluation & Safety: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails to ensure model compliance and ethical AI usage.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deployment: Strong experience deploying models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Language: Native or fluent English proficiency with technical writing skills.
