Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to help define the technological landscape of 2026. What You Will Do:
• Lead the architecture and training of state-of-the-art foundation models.
• Optimize inference pipelines for real-time, high-volume applications.
• Drive research initiatives in Multimodal AI and Autonomous Systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs using RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) for enhanced safety and accuracy.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct research on novel neural architectures to improve computational efficiency.
- Ensure model interpretability and ethical AI compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on NLP or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or delivering production-grade AI solutions.
