Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, fairness, and explainability in model training.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
