Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate strategic foresight reports and roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovative strategies based on future forecasts.
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their potential impact.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders to enhance foresight capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of analyzing and forecasting technological trends and their business impact.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a passion for emerging technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic projects.
