Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Design innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, neurotech, and climate adaptation strategies
- Produce trend reports influencing $1B+ product roadmaps at global enterprises
- Mentor junior futurists while publishing thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA JPL
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of trend analysis impacting $500M+ business decisions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and weak signal detection
- Published author in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review etc.)
- Certification in APF (Association of Professional Futurists) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP-PESTLE, cross-impact matrices)
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
