Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive foresight frameworks to map emerging trends through 2026
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future market landscapes
- Produce actionable strategic recommendations based on horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technological and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and deploying long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
