Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design scenario planning models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio and resource allocation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
