Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Develop scenario models and predictive analytics for enterprise risk/opportunity assessment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish innovation pipelines through startup scouting and ecosystem partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking across departments
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and academic forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling foresight programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed journals
