Responsibilities
- Architect and operationalize the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype exponential technology applications
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Present visionary scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Publish thought leadership on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization successes
