Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and trend analysis

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and launch internal 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-concept solutions
- Analyze global macro-trends (demographic, technological, environmental) for strategic alignment
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles on future trends or industry foresight
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and societal megatrends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Backcasting)
