Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows/Linux systems across hybrid environments
- Document IT assets, incidents, and solutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with remote teams on enterprise-level projects
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with proven troubleshooting expertise
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) preferred
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
