Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive innovations
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future-state scenarios and market implications
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across business units
- Lead cross-functional task forces executing pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Author thought leadership publications positioning FutureVision as the authority on emerging tech paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and systems thinking principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning techniques, scenario planning, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Deep specialization in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic initiatives launched within the last 5 years
