- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise-wide innovation initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors to identify competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios and roadmaps
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-of-industry transformations
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptability
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or equivalent experience
