Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends through 2026 using quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and key investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
