What you'll achieve: Lead horizon scanning initiatives, develop long-term scenario plans, and drive cross-functional innovation sprints. You'll be the voice of the future, guiding our product development and corporate strategy with data-backed insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational growth
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to incubate emerging technology initiatives (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and represent company at global forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and innovation experts
- Measure and communicate the ROI of strategic foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level workshops
- Published thought leader with global industry recognition
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience in tech, finance, or consulting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
