Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate high-stakes strategic workshops with executive stakeholders
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks and competitive disruption models
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) or innovation methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of global megatrends affecting 2026-2030 landscapes
