Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+
- Develop data-driven strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing operations, investments, and talent strategies
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate future insights across all organizational levels
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and foresight training programs
- Monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives and adapt frameworks based on real-time market feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions through future-oriented insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (whitepapers, journals)
