Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in renewable energy, biotech, and smart infrastructure
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on climate adaptation strategies
- Author white papers on AI governance frameworks and ethical deployment standards
- Design and prototype sustainable urban mobility systems for 15+ megacities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven experience developing climate adaptation frameworks or AI ethics policies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or circular economy models
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner or equivalent (e.g., AC/SCIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex emerging risks
