Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and horizon scanning techniques
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and disruption assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., HBR, MIT SMR)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem and global futurist communities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
