Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Establish quantitative/qualitative forecasting models for emerging technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future insights to boards and investor groups
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
