Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof product roadmaps and identify blue-ocean opportunities
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Mentor innovation squad in rapid prototyping and agile foresight methodologies
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with exponential impact
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, backcasting, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-growth environments
