Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes

- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating complex foresight into business priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, startups, and policy institutions
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and opportunity assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
