Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, biotech, and climate transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into R&D and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Build and curate an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advise on emerging risks and ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or client transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
