Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological and societal trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive the integration of ESG principles into long-term technology roadmaps
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
