Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL clusters
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with UX designers on responsive frontend implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless
- Strong proficiency in Go and React/Next.js
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
