- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for the 2026 Visionary Program
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate planning
- Present findings through compelling narratives and data visualizations to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of experts across technology, policy, and innovation sectors
- Author high-impact reports on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, or Technology Forecasting
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or similar role
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in corporate or research environments
- Exceptional analytical skills to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
