Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy domains
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop quantitative models to assess future market disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or futurism
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or social sciences
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and prediction
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
