Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map 2026 technology adoption trajectories
- Develop predictive models for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce quarterly futurist reports with scenario planning for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Curate an internal '2026 Innovation Lab' for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed journals)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology-to-market transformation projects
- Fluency in 2026-relevant domains: AGI ethics, neurotech integration, or climate adaptation
