Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative scenario models for 3-5 year strategic planning cycles
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using advanced analytics
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies like anticipatory governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in systems thinking and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategic decisions
- Strong proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience developing 2026+ strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
