Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptions and mitigation strategies
- Design and prototype sustainable technology solutions for climate resilience initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPIs for organizational adoption
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups in deep tech sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Assessment preferred
