Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 Initiative, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop and present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create actionable roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, nanotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend mapping and scenario planning
- Outstanding communication abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience working in cross-functional agile environments
