Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and contingency planning
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project management frameworks and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
